John Matthews Sensei (4th dan USFBD, 4th dan ZNTIR, 4th dan ZNBDR, 1st dan Seizankai, 7th dan Yoshukai karate, dojo cho of The Bamboo Dojo) will be visiting from Florida to conduct a two-day seminar in battodo, the art of drawing the sword and striking in one motion.
The curriculum will include the Shoden and Chuden sets of the Federation's seitei kata, as well as tameshigiri. There will be testing for dan rank in USFBD. All styles, all levels of experience are welcome.
Saturday the 24th, class starts at 4pm.
Sunday the 25th, class starts at noon.
